Located within Kamay Botany Bay National Park, the scope of works will include, but not limited to:

• Demolition of the existing visitors centre

• Construction of new visitors centre

• Upgrade of visitors centre carpark to make DDA compliant, inclusive of landscaping, kerb, gutters, road resurfacing and stormwater connections to the visitors centre loop road

• Construction of the cricket pitch amenity building

• Construction of new cricket pitch carpark

• Construction of a new vehicular and path connections to Alpha House

• Creation of a path from the visitors centre to the foreshore

• Major service upgrades back to support the new visitors centre including a fire main, new booster pump room, high voltage electric upgrades, other electrical connections and new sewer rising main infrastructure

• Creek daylighting and bridge over the freshwater stream
